3mm wetsuits are suitable for water temperature around 70º-85º
If some of the measurement do not match please use your Height and Weight to choice.
Please make sure you choice a smaller size.
Wetsuits are suppose to be very tight, so there's less water circulation to reserve heat.
Even if you feel tight on the ground, you will feel differently when your under water.
